It is why we do it for and what we want to achieve and translate into our ice cream. This is our passion!
Two years ago, we felt the time was right to embrace the vegan lifestyle and use all of our ice cream making experience in doing so! To be honest, this was harder than expected and it soon proved to be our biggest challenge yet. Maintaining the same delicious taste, preserving the creamy texture... at times it seemed impossible. But after trying hundreds of different recipes, we got it right! So have a taste and decide for yourself :)
It fits perfectly with our DNA and the way of working as small artisan ice cream makers. The particularly good quality and extraordinary goodness of Italian almonds grown in sunny Sicily also make each of our products particularly authentic.
We are extremely critical of our ingredients and their source. We want to understand what precedes them before we decide to include the ingredients in our recipes. This is where our chase for the best ice cream, the endless tests and tastings all begin, along with the late hours after normal working time which we pleasantly work through. “Happiness in a cup”, it is why we do it for and what we want to achieve and translate into our ice cream.
